Our recommendations are made in good faith based on the pricing available to us at the time. Final supplier terms are set by the supplier, and you are free to accept or decline any recommendation. Savings figures shown on your dashboard are calculated against your previous documented costs.
Member offers and gift card discounts are provided by third-party suppliers and may change or be withdrawn by those suppliers. Gift cards are subject to the issuing retailer's terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the membership fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll give members at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email.
