Our promise in plain English: if we don't save you money, you don't pay us.

The short version: if your documented savings don't exceed the membership fees you've paid, we refund those fees in full. No hoops, no fine-print gymnastics.
1. The guarantee
If, at any time, the total documented savings we have identified and made available to your business are less than the total membership fees you have paid, you may claim a full refund of those fees.
2. How savings are measured
- Savings are measured against your previous documented costs — the bills you provided to us.
- Savings include: accepted supplier-switch savings, member bulk-pricing discounts, exclusive offer discounts, and gift card discounts you have used.
- Recommendations you chose not to accept still count toward the guarantee if the recommended saving was genuine and available — we can only find the savings; the decision to take them is yours.
3. Making a claim
- Email guarantee@costcutters.com from your registered address, or use the Members Area.
- We review your account within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.
4. Fair use
The guarantee requires that you gave us a genuine opportunity to help: at least one bill provided for auditing during your membership. That's it — that's the only condition.
